The Motto of the Administration of the Congregation lies in the words of Jesus himself.

It shall be not so among you; whoever wants to be greater among you shall be your servant. And if you want to be first, you must be the servant of all. Because the Son of Man has come not to be served but to serve and to give his life as ransom for man ~ (Mt 20: 26-28)

The highest authority of the Congregation vests with the General chapter and the General Council.

The first general Chapter of the Congregation took place in 1934 at Johannesburg, Leutesdorf.
